¿Puedo devolver mi pedido?

Sí! Siempre puedes devolver las piezas que has pedido sin importar la razón. Hemos identificado tres motivos por los que devolver el pedido:

  • Artículo incorrecto: Si se recibe un repuesto distinto al que fue pedido, 
  • Artículos dañados, averiados o incompletos: Daños durante el trasnporte, repuestos averiados o envíos incompletos,
  • Otras razones: Ya no necesitas las piezas o has cambiado de idea.

Faltan artículos

  • To claim missing items, please use our RMA (Return Material Authorization) form
  • If possible we will (re)send you the missing items, but we can always decide to grant you a refund. 
  • We always have right to start an investigation on the shortage to find out the reason behind it. We expect our customers to cooperate in such investigation. 
  • Por favor utilice nuestro fformulario de RMA para la autorización de retorno de materiales para reclamar los articulos que faltan en el pedido.
  • Si es posible le enviaremos los articulos que faltan, pero siempre podemos decidir reembolsarte.
  • Siempre tenemos el derecho de investigar la razón de la falta. Esperamos que nuestros clientes colaboren en este tipo de investigaciones.
    Artículos dañados
    Por favor utilice nuestro formulario de RMA para la autorización de retorno de materiales para reclamar los artículos dañados. Si es posible, incluye fotos de los daños.
    Si es posible, le reenviaremos los articulos dañados, pero siempre podemos decidir reembolsarselos. En el caso de un reembolso solo le reembolsaremos los costes de envío si el encargo completo fue reclamado por daños.
    Siempre tenemos el derecho de investigar la razón de los daños. Esperamos que nuestros clientes colaboren en este tipo de investigaciones.

Damaged items

  • To claim damaged items, please use our RMA (Return Material Authorization) form. If possible, please upload pictures of the damages as well. 
  • If possible we will (re)send you the damaged items, but we can always decide to grant you a refund.In case of a refund, we will only refund shipping charges if the complete order was claimed for damages. 
  • We always have right to start an investigation on the defect to find out the reason behind it. We expect our customers to cooperate in such investigation.

Broken or defect items

  • To claim broken or defect items, please use our RMA (Return Material Authorization) form. Please describe the defect as detailed as possible and if possible upload pictures of the part(s) as well. 
  • If possible we will (re)send you the defect items, but we can always decide to grant you a refund.In case of a refund, we will only refund shipping charges if the complete order was claimed for damages. 
  • We always have right to start an investigation on the defects to find out the reason behind it. We expect our customers to cooperate in such investigation.

Refunds for consumer customers

Our refund policy depends on the reason for return:

  • No longer needed: You have to return the goods to us at your own costs. Full refund will be made on the parts value. A refund on shipping charges will only be paid if the total order is returned. 
  • Wrong parts: If you received other parts than ordered, we will send you the right parts if still available (at a reasonable price), but we can always decide to refund the parts value. BartsParts takes care of return shipping. 
  • Parts broken, defect or incomplete: we will send you replacement parts if still available (at a reasonable price), but we can always decide to refund the parts value. BartsParts takes care of return shipping.

Refunds for businesses

Our refund policy depends on the reason for return:

  • No longer needed: You have to return the goods to us at your own costs. BartsParts will refund the total value of the parts returned minus 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Wrong parts: If you received other parts than ordered, we will send you the right parts if still available (at a reasonable price), but we can always decide to refund the parts value. BartsParts takes care of return shipping. 
  • Parts broken, defect or incomplete: we will send you replacement parts if still available (at a reasonable price), but we can always decide to refund the parts value. BartsParts takes care of return shipping. 

Please:

Return policy

  • Part can always be returned in any case
  • Refunds depend on type of customer (consumer or business) and reason of return.
  • Goods have to be returned in original packaging (if possible), safely packed and may not be used. 
  • Only returns requested for by our RMA (Return Material Authorization) form will be taken into process. 
  • Costs for return shipments without any approval from our side will never be refunded. Instead, please use our RMA form
